Order Processing

We make every effort to process and ship your orders faster. Orders received on business days before 2 p.m. Eastern will typically be processed (packed up and delivered to the post office) the same day; otherwise, the next business day.

Order Shipping

We ship from Florida and use USPS as our primary shipping resource. USPS First Class shipping times vary. Priority Shipping is available for an additional fee. Although not guaranteed, Priority Shipping greatly decreases the risk of your package being lost, delivered late, or incorrectly by the carrier.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delivery delays can occur. We ask for your patience as every online business experiences shipping delays. We are not responsible for carrier delays, and please understand shipping delays are outside of our control.

Shipping Cost

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders shipped within the US are shipped via USPS First Class. If faster shipping is needed, priority services can be purchased. Shipping ETA

Shipping times depend on your location. If near us in Florida, you’ll get it faster than if your order is shipped to states farther away, especially to remote areas. The USPS estimates (but does not guarantee) 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. All shipping times displayed in your Cart are determined by the USPS calculator on our site, and they are simply an estimate by the USPS (not a guarantee). If faster shipping is needed, priority services can be purchased via either the USPS or UPS. Although not a guarantee, Priority Shipping greatly decreases the risk of your package being lost or delivered late or incorrectly by the carrier.

Free Shipping

You'll automatically receive free USPS First Class shipping (estimated 2-8 business days delivery) on any order over $75 and shipped within the US. You may choose to upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail via either USPS for faster delivery and a reduced risk of shipping delays or lost packages.

Order Confirmation

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact mac@gowaxhead.com for confirmation. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and includes all needed parts, such as apartment number. If you need to change or update your address, please contact mac@gowaxhead.com immediately. We cannot make changes to your order after it has shipped. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email, which will include the USPS tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mac@gowaxhead.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

International Shipping (including to Canada)

At the moment, we do not ship outside the US. For orders over $300, we sometimes make exceptions. International orders are final and are NOT eligible for our 30-day money-back guarantee, and shipping costs for such orders will not be refunded. If you'd like to use a freight forwarding service to ship products to an international address, we will be glad to ship to the customer-supplied freight forwarding address, but we are unable to further assist in this process. We are not liable for any delivery failures, including any damages incurred during shipping. International customers assume ALL risks associated with delivery (including complete delivery failures). We reserve the right to cancel any specific international order for any reason.

Military Order Shipping

Orders shipping to military addresses should go through our regular domestic checkout, as they are not subject to the same costs and logistics flows as international orders. To do this, you should shop as if shipping to an address within the United States.
